Kristin Smith Cert CII Dip ILM

Kristin was born and raised in Guernsey, and after completing her education at Beaucamps School, began her career in the Financial Industry.

After gaining experience in operations and administration with two banks, Kristin moved into the insurance industry, and has 13 years of experience in the sector, including management experience.

In 2016, Kristin obtained the CII Certificate in Insurance, before continuing her studies and obtained the ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in 2020.

Kristin joined Network in 2024 in a newly created position as overall manager of our General Insurance division, and brought with her a wealth of management and insurance experience accordingly.

In her spare time, Kristin enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, cooking and home décor!
